I have begun tying I would to know some key flies to tie for next season on the West Branch. I was thinking maybe some stimulator's or maybe some Pink Comets.
The Comet may be a fine fly for you Curli, or perhaps the Pink Klinkhammer. Most WB anglers would prefer some basic caddis and mayfly patterns. We do live in a don't ask don't tell world here, so whatever works for you is ok by me.
In preparation for our upcoming Trout Assault weekend my vise is currently hosting, march browns, hendricksons, tan caddis, sulphurs and blue winged olives. p.s. I like mine in three flavors; cdc, para and compara.
