Hot Alert from a Loyal Minion Follower...

Donny Beaver selling the Stillwater property.

Anyone have a spare $985,000? (I'm sure a good negotiator could get him down to $950,000)

The online add has this to say about the historic property and not so historic lodge buildings.

Pennsylvania land for sale with creek frontage. This is truly a once in a lifetime opportunity to own a beautiful Log Home on 40.64 acres for all your outdoor recreational activities. First class fly fishing in a Class ''A'' Trout Stream, Fishing Creek. The creek traverses through the majority of this property bordering both sides of the creek. Fishing Creek is a cold limestone wild trout stream that you'll find brownies, brookies and rainbows. Fishing Creek offers great hatches and consistent fishing throughout the summer into the fall. Good hatches of Hendricksons, Sulphurs, Olives, Blue Quills, Isonychia, and Tricos along with other Mayflies and Caddis throughout many stretches. This property is owned and maintained by the Home Waters Club. Beautiful custom built Log Home built on piers and is out of the flood zone. Large living room, modern kitchen with upscale appliances. Large Master Bedroom with large Master Bath and walk-in closet. It even has an elevator. A very large metal building 74' X 46'6" located at the entrance way to this property. Offers plenty of storage and has a 19'6" X 13' 8" office. Both are fully insulated and heated with power overhead doors. You can live the dream year round or makes for a great vacation getaway.

maybe some nice rich guy will buy it and open up the water. Since DonnyBeav and the Beck's got our DH-ALO area closed off north of Benton at the Pumpkin Farm. Access is truly getting harder on Fishing Creek. Grassmere Park is still posted...

Thank god the Boy Scouts leave Camp Lavinge open for fishing.

I heard that Donny paid $745K for it 2 years ago. Seems like with the current real estate market and associated prices dropping at least 20% that this placew ought not to sell for more than ~$600K
