Are you sure? Looks kind of narrow...

Where else would they be catching monster browns on little white streamers.

It is pine creek.

Coach said...

But wasn't Pine Creek closed until today?

I'm sure Pine creek has some delayed harvest access. If we are talking northern PA, then there are not many choices for streams that you can drift for trout. So it is either, Pine creek, west branch of Susquehanna, Clarion River, Main stem of Susque, Delware, or the Leigh. Based on the above info my guess is still Pine Creek.

By naming every floatable river / creek in Northern PA Curly is deemed the winner. Congratulations!

Bullshit, they are throwing alewives. We all know alewives are washed over the damns in high water on the Delaware. Plus there is no floatable water that I know of on Pine Creek. Curly you are a Douch... Coach rethink your choice carefully!!!

Still looks like the Clarion to me...

That looks like the Lackawanna to me.

No fishing in Deposit this weekend due to the river being BLOWN OUT! Did see 2 sets of douchenozzles launch from the ramp across the river from the house. Made me think about launching roadkilled skunks again. Guess if the Sport is willing to pay the guide is willing to row, despite the conditions and without regard to the prospects of catching anything. I'm probably just bitching because I have yard work coming out my ears. Oh and the boat trailer has been inspected and is ready to go.

I stand corrected, the aforementioned douchenozzles were in fact highly esteemed participants in the exclusive and environmentaly friendly One Bug contest happening this weekend on the Upper Delaware watershed. Good luck to them. They probably copuldn't have had worse water conditions. Ran into one of the guides at the River Run on Saturday night who expressed significant frustration with the conditions and non-fish catching.
