After De-Skunking Juno at four in the morning, I decided to hit the waters. I arrived at Big Spring and fished the ditch for about two hours. This is the larger of the two brook trout I took on a Black Woolybugger. Sporadic rises to a few blue wing olives. Tomorrow I plan on hitting Spring Creek with Truck Stop McShaft (aka Stew). Very nice, was it a good release as well? Layin' on the grass like that makes it look like a keeper...

It is Sunday and I figured you would not want to drive. Air temp was cold I even hd some ice on the rod. Three fish landed all on the surface. Multiple missed. Curly as gay as ever.
