The drought is over!

This evening a largish brown succumbed to the powers of a Isonychia emerger at the load canine pool.  And then we went to dinner with said canine in a glider table on the deck at the WB Resort.  Poor Chobie couldn't understand why the good smells and all the new people weren't there just for him.
~18" fatty with a pretty blue patch immediately behind the eyes.
Caught a 14" dinker too, didn't bother to dig out the iPhone for that one.
All in all, another lovely evening along the WB with Doc and his lovely wife.

So, how's that guiding gig up in Alaska,

that you had to rush off to, short notice and all, 4 weeks ago, going for you?

Oh, back on the Delaware already?
I guess not so good, huh.

June 1st

A lot happened on June 1st.
Fish N Fun day was a huge success, highest attendance to date.
Minions generated what should have been HUGE amounts of good karma assisting attendees with the fine art of tank clanker tom foolery.
Banjo & guitar accompanied the Kocher Park festivities.
 Green Drakes, both spinners,
and duns were in abundance in the streamside foliage.
But the karma will apparently be used for other purposes than luring big mutha browns to our flies.
